Menu de la Saint Sylvestre 2007. The Special Menu is five courses as follows:

  • Hors D’Œuvres - Your choice between:

    • Foie gras de canard, raisin vert et crépe au sarrasin - Duck foie gras with green grapes in buckwheat crépe

    • Assortiment de feuilleté salés - Assortment of savory appetizers
      Each paired with a glass of Nicolas Feuillatte Brut, NV

  • Soupe - Your choice between:

    • Soupe Gratinée à l’Oignon

    • Soupe du Jour (Cream of Carrott & Ginger)

  • Your choice of Entree between:

    • Cobia aux Poireaux - Potato and leek crusted cobia finished with a white wine leek sauce

      • Paired with a glass of Domaine Marc Morey Aligoté 2005

    • Moules Marinières - Mediterranean mussels steamed in white wine, shallots, parsley, garlic, and cream.

      • Paired with a glass of Château de la Fessardiére Muscadet 2006

    • Côte de Porc au Cassis - Pork chop with a black currant sauce

      • Paired with a glass of Nicolas Potel Bourgogne Rouge 2005

    • Filet de Bœuf Wellington - Filet of beef, mushroom duxelle and pâtė wrapped in puff pastry served with a Madeira sauce

      • Paired with a glass of Mas Champart St. Chinian 2005

  • Salade Verte

  • Dessert

    • Gâteau de Crépes á l’Orange et Grand Marnier

      • Paired with a glass of Domaine de Coyeux Muscat Beaumes de Venise 2003

Christmas Eve is quickly approaching. We have a fantastic Special Menu this year. Five courses are included:

  • Hors D’Œuvres – Your choice between:
    • Feuilletté D’escargots - Snails in puff pastry
    • Pétoncles, Sauce Vierge - Bay Scallops on the half shelf with sauce vierge

Each paired with a glass of Nicolas Feuillatte Brut, NV

  • Soup – Your choice between:
  • Your choice between four delicious entrees with a glass of wine:
    • Saumon en Croûte, Sauce au Poivre Vert - Salmon filet and spinach wrapped in puff pastry, served with Green peppercorn-brandy cream sauce
      • Paired with a glass of Alain Brumont Pacherenc Du Vic Bhil Sec 2006
    • Bar au Champagne - Wild Atlantic striped Sea Bass poached in champagne with shallots, mushrooms and cream
      • Paired with a glass of William Fevre Chablis 2006
    • Magret de Canard aux Noix et Grenade - Duck breast with pomegranate and walnut sauce
      • Paired with a glass of Nicolas Potel Bourgogne Rouge 2005
    • Filet de Bœuf au Poivre ou Roquefort - Filet of beef with black peppercorn brandy cream sauce or Roquefort sauce
      • Paired with a glass of Mas De Champart St. Chinian 2005

This special menu is in addition to our regular menu and all our regular items are available.

 

Christmas Eve is here! Special hours are from 4 pm to 10 pm and we our offering our Special Menu! Five courses are included:

  • Starting with an appetizer and a glass of Champagne
  • Your choice of our Soupe a l’Oignon or our Soupe du Jour (Butternut Squash)
  • Your choice between four delicious entrees with a glass of wine
  • Salade Maison
  • Your choice between Chocolate or Coffee Buche de Noel or a dish of Assorted Cheeses with a glass of Port

We have some good news! The liquor license has finally been updated by the state and the new room is going to be open very soon. We are going to populate the room with tables and seating will be available.

Today is a tragic day for La Crêpe Michel and many others. Ben Inglis, a beloved former waiter, was killed in an accident while on a bike ride in Colorado. He was a waiter for two years at La Crêpe Michel and was adored by everyone he came into contact with.

There is a new room added to La Crêpe Michel. It has a fireplace and is very intimate for a wonderful lunch or dinner experience! Come and visit us soon, as this room will be open after a short time.

The new kitchen is expanded and is better than ever! The kitchen has almost doubled in size. The difference is incredible for the chefs, servers and customers.
